If more stars could be given I would definitely do so. Jessica and her team did what seemed to be impossible. We are first time home buyers and well wouldn't be if it wasn't for Prime Rate. We had been with two different lending groups that halfway thought the process kept giving us the run around, we wouldn't get straight forward answers and as I we were just about ready to throw in the towel. Then my parents met Jessica at an open house and that same day she asked me to send in all the documents necessary to start the process. She immediately got to work and within weeks we were discussing numbers and the closing. There were never any ifs,ands, or buts. It was pretty much the smoothest quickest process. What others took months to try and do Jessica accomplished in a month. Jessica and her team walked us though everything and made sure that we understood it all. Even after the closing she still is easy to contact about any questions we have. I'm not sure if any other lenders even do that but she does. Now we have a home in a great neighborhood.
